Accessibility Statement

Theroglabs LLC is committed to making The Clock Point accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to track their time and mileage regardless of ability or the technology they use.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes so screen readers can navigate the application
  • Full keyboard navigation for all interactive controls, forms, and dialogs
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
  • Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA requirements
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels and clear error messages
  • A responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% and works across screen sizes
  • Reduced reliance on color alone to convey information

Compatibility

The Clock Point is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Exported PDF reports are generated as formatted documents and may be less accessible to screen readers than the in-app report views; the same data is available in the application and in CSV format. We are working to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Enforcement and Ongoing Review

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Service against WCAG 2.1 AA as we add features, and we prioritize fixes for issues that block core tasks such as signing in, recording entries, and exporting reports.
